For items shipped internationally, the buyer is solely responsible for any duties or taxes imposed. For cross-border shipping we use CSA Transportation.
As indicated by the USPS website (which may change without any notice), First Class International Shipping typically takes 10-21 Business Days, Priority International Shipping typically takes 6-10 Business Days, Priority Express International typically takes 3-5 Business Days, and Global Express typically takes 1-3 Business Days. However, please be aware that the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) DOES NOT GUARANTEE delivery time on ANY of their services despite indicating a time frame. International deliveries may be delayed due to the services in the receiving country or other reasons. We are not accountable for any shipments that take longer than indicated. Also note that there is no tracking information for items shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Tracking is also not available for USPS packages to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska. Tracking on international shipments, if provided, may not be reliable once the package leaves the United States, as some countries do not utilize the tracking system. We are not responsible for packages once the package is shipped.

Returned items must be complete with all pieces, packaged securely to protect all contents, and include a copy of your order receipt.

Any packages received without an RMA number written on the outside of the shipping carton will be refused.
All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. This includes returns and exchanges.
